Responsibilities:

• Manage user requests and keep tracking of issues in a helpdesk system.
• Keep tracking of IT assets.
• Troubleshooting and onsite support to maintain IT operations.
• Maintain and configure network equipment.
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony and computer systems.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in computer science or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, network, protocol and operating systems.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively.
