Job Description
Our client is one of leading luxury retailer. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Regional Customer Care Executive to join the team.
Working Hours: 9am -6pm, Mon- Fri
The Job:
- Work with all related parties to identify the business needs on call center and develop Call Center Strategy and work process
- Communicate with internal and external parties in order to solve customers' complaints and enquiries
- Prepare analysis, report for the call center
- Build relationship with customers by recognizing, organizing and tracking their preferences in database
- Communicate with customers, boutiques, repair centres & administrative offices to follow up with the complaints & after-sales enquiries of customers
The Candidate:
- Higher diploma or above with minimum of 3 years relevant working experience
- Excellent communication, team work and problem solving skills
- Good with MS Office including Excel, Word and Power Point
- Good team player and customer-oriented
