Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center technology is desirable. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provide professional and friendly service to customers via phone, email, online chat, etc.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Familiarize yourself with company products and services to provide relevant information and recommendations to customers.
• Record customer feedback and requirements, providing valuable suggestions for company improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to complete other related tasks.
