DNA Recruit Partners is collaborating with a renowned cosmetics company to find a Retail Supervisor for their Hong Kong & Macau team. This role focuses on driving operations and sales performance, ensuring the brand's success in these regions.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute business and trade strategies for retail stores in Hong Kong and Macau under the guidance of the Retail & Operations Manager.
• Attain monthly and annual sales objectives.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to meet sales targets, in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on brand performance and market trends.
• Spend at least 60% of the time in the field.
• Hire, develop, and inspire a team of Beauty Advisors.
• Oversee sales and training delegates.
• Onboard new staff, and ensure the growth and retention of Beauty Advisors.
• Establish and achieve sell-out targets for each store.
• Actively share best practices within the team and suggest strategies to enhance top-line performance.
• Ensure timely and accurate ordering of POSM, testers, and GWPs.
• Monitor novelty orders and inline product forecasts based on global and local marketing recommendations.
• Maintain the highest brand image standards across all locations.
• Suggest improvements to the Visual Merchandising team for review and execution.
• Manage renovations and new counter projects, coordinating with operators, contractors, and the Regional Visual Merchandising team.
• Prepare monthly sales reports, including store trends and competitor analysis.
• Provide weekly sales updates.
• Conduct various analyses as requested.

Requirements:

• Advanced Diploma or equivalent academic qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a management position.
• Preferred experience in the cosmetics industry.
• Demonstrated success in sales and customer service.
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (spoken, read, and written).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
