What you will be doing?

Responsible to prepare MIS Tracking, sales report to facilitate Team Leads to review financial KPI and drive business toward operation, assist Department Head to prepare presentation deck , support team’s daily operation and handle administrative works to maintain business run effectively and smoothly.

Who we are looking for? 

• Diploma or above
• 3-5 years banking experience in retail / SME banking
• Good PC Skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint) and has advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Macros etc.) 
• Good customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, proactive and able to work in fast-paced environment and deliver the output within a tight timeline
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
