  Job Description
  We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Internal) to join our group.
  You'll work in a stable yet innovative environment where your efforts will be recognized and rewarded.

As a Tech Support, a typical day might include the following:  
 

• Responsible for all in-house technical support and project implementation
• Perform help desk support queries and computer operation duties for end users
• Maintain the internal security compliance and policy
• Maintain the support workflow and the ITSM system
• Asset Management for software and hardware
• Setup and maintain the video streaming platform with Zoom and Google Meet for the webinar
• Being assigned to complete technical tasks including project implementation and after-sales support and maintenance
• Perform some POC and testing tasks to support the front-end engineer or Solution Architect
  
  This job might be fit for you if : 
   
• At least 1 year technical experience
• Willing to learn
• Strong in problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Be self-motivated with clear company and self objective
• Fresh graduates with good IT knowledge are welcomed 
• Cloud relevant certifications (Google / Microsoft / AWS / Okta) would be advantageous
