Your role at Finoverse

• Assist in conducting research and analysis of the current trends and up-to-date knowledge for Fintech
• Assist with program planning such as conferences, VIP events, global seminars, business networking receptions, etc
• Assist with speaker and VIP invitations
• Handle logistic arrangements for VIPs and Speakers, e.g schedule conference briefings, arrange flight bookings for speakers etc
• Provide administrative support to the Speaker & Programmes Team

Who you are

• Currently studying or graduated in BA, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Available to work at least 3 full days per week
• Eager to grow and willing to take on challenges
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about the technology and the Fintech industry

Abilities we are looking for

• Basic knowledge of Technology, Fintech or Financial Industry trends
• Confident and friendly person with excellent communication and strong coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management, and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent English and Chinese writing skills
