Job duties:

1. Assist the Financial Manager in overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
2. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements.
3. Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
4. Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
6. Assist in cash flow management and forecasting.
7. Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
8. Support external audits.
9. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
11. Provide guidance and support to finance team members.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate and/or hospitality industry, and at least 2 years at supervisory level
• High degree of professionalism, ethics and accuracy in work
• Hands-on, can do, organized and systematic, detail-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good computer skills especially in excel
