Responsibilities

• Be able to work both independently and in a team with good interpersonal and communication skills;
   
• Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings;
• Inspect, monitor and supervise in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works;  
• Sound maintenance experience in electrical and mechanical systems

Requirements
 

• High Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services Engineering;
• Minimum 3 - 5+ years’ experience in dealing with operations of a sizeable commercial development;
   
• Holder of REW C0 / H0 would be an advantage;
• Well-versed in MS Office & AutoCAD;
   
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
