Responsibilities

• Provide technical installation, configuration, backup, troubleshooting on major IT hardware and software
• Maintain internal desktop, network and server administration
• Responsible for project implementation and documentation
• Assist the IT infrastructure related projects

Requirements

• Diploma holder or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years hands on experience in troubleshooting PC and network related problems and providing application support
• Knowledge on computer server hardware, systems and software applications, Windows 7/Vista/XP, MS suite of Office products
• Experience in TCP/IP networking, router and firewall, data security and MS Windows Server, Linux systems & VMware etc.
• Experience with Web Services such as IIS, FTP, WINS and DNS
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to get involved with different tasks and projects
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good communication skills
