Responsibilities

• Assistant QA inspector in daily food safety and quality assurance activities
• Ensure product quality are within the approved specification and in compliance with the corporate standard and HACCP requirements
• Perform regular checking on production QC, room temperature and products expired date
• Provide up-to-date food laws & regulations information updates to the team by research / study
• Review Product specification in New Product Development
• Reports any non-compliance issue found with recommendation of solution

Requirement

• Diploma or above in Food Science or equivalent;
• At least 1 year of working experience in quality assurance, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Self-motivated, hard-working and independent;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with Less experiences will be considered as Quality Assurance Assistant.

• Working Location: Kwai Hing
• Working Hour: Mon - Fri  9:00 - 18:00 & Alt Sat 9:00 – 13:00
