Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who supports our team with the coordination of fine art shipments and projects.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and suppliers
- Prepare quotations, shipping orders, invoices and related documents
- Coordinate import and export shipments
- Support inventory management
- Attend fine art on-site projects
Candidates with lesser experience can be considered as Customer Service Assistant.
Experience in logistics and / or fine arts is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Office Location: Kwai Chung
Office Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (Mondays – Fridays)
Fringe benefits: 5-day work, public holidays, 12-day annual leave, group medical scheme, CNY gratuity payment and MPF scheme.
