Scope of Duties: 

• Handle FD general administration duties to support operation
• Handle internal & external customers enquiries and liaise with FD maintenance & project team
• Handle various company systems, i.e. ECHO, EAM, EPS, AMOS, RMEP & E-CEP, etc. to support FD maintenance & project team for admin duties
• Assist FM Engineer & frontline staff to raise requests & orders in RMEP, E-CEP and EPS for parts management & replenishment
• Assist FM Team to handle & update LA & LG and other tooling services record
• Assist FD planning team to handle service request & workorder in EAM for daily operation
• Assist in maintaining the EAM system and work with frontline FM & planning staff to make sure the smooth operation
• Assist in procurement of parts for FM Teams / Project Team
• Assist to handle contractors and liaise with internal and external customers

Requirements: 

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, 
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese & English
• Proficient in MS application, e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint , O365 etc.
• Degree in related discipline + 2 year of relevant experience OR
• Higher Diploma in related discipline + 3 years of relevant experience OR
• Completed HKDSE / HKCEE with 5 years of relevant experience
