Responsibilities and Duties:

• Passionate to make a difference of student’s learning and quality of life 
• To supervise a team of students with special education needs (SEN) 
• Assess students’ learning needs with different assessments such as ABLLS, VB-Mapp..etc
• Develop and implement individual learning plans (IEP)
• Observe, assess and analyze student’s behavior; design and implement behavior intervention plan 
• Review and update students’ IEP reports
• Lead and guide a team of ABA practitioners, providing supervision and support to their daily teaching to students
• Lead the team in preparing teaching materials and differentiate lesson plans to meet diverse learning needs of students
• Occasionally provide hands-on training and work directly with students or small group teaching
• Responsible for class logistic arrangements, including student and staff schedules
• Regular communication with parents regarding students’ learning progress
• Collaborate with the school to enhance students’ learning in a mainstream classroom environment 
• Collaborate with families, teachers and professionals to ensure consistently of services

Requirements: 

• Full time staff
• Master's degree (Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis)
• Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA, QBA) preferred
• Preferred experience working with students 3 years or above, in center-based and inclusive school environment 
• Excellent command in spoken and written English
