Job Description:

• Support brand campaign execution and ensure communication collaterals in line with brand strategy
• Work with internal and external parties to formulate marketing plan for own brand development
• Formulate and execute ATL and BTL marketing activities, including store promotions, advertising, visual merchandizing and etc.
• Generate promotion ideas/ opportunities to enhance brand image and awareness for business growth.
• Map out detailed execution plan, items, and critical timeline and follow through to ensure smooth operation and launch of marketing programs.
• Prepare post campaign analysis.
• Work closely with internal and external parties in implementing promotion cycles, manage production houses and vendors.
• Conduct market research to analyze and understand market needs and trend.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
• Min 5 years or above marketing experience
• Experienced in retail marketing or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
• Strong project management skills, attentive to details.
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
