Division: Marketing

In this position, you will:

• Analyze, monitor and optimize international roaming services to achieve revenue, cost and service quality optimization
• Liaise with MVNO and roaming partners and stakeholders for agreement preparation, charges settlement in a timely basis
• Generate and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports
• Analyze customer behavior and usage behavior to transfer insights into action
• Communicate with external partners for daily operations
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or other related disciplines
• 2 years’ working experience preferably in commercial stream. Experience in Telecom industry is an advantage
• Good negotiation and communications skill and strong analytical mind
• Proactive, fast learner and able to work independently
• Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Executive
