• Manage and lead a team of developers (local and outsource) to ensure systems are delivered on time and within budget 
• Cooperate with business partners, responsible for defining strategies and roadmaps for digital solutions and detailing requirements for technology implementation
• Proactively identify implementation risks and provide mitigation plans for issues
• Conduct solution assessment with the business by using systems approach. Define end-to-end solution architecture and design covering front-end and back-end systems
• Ensuring quality and production requirements are met by promoting and adopting software engineering practices
• Lead the design and development of following area, including scalable high-performance digital solutions, frontend (web & mobile) and business logic layers, and the cloud using DevOps and with latest technologies
• As a team leader, lead software engineers to develop complex applications with micro service architecture, also participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, ensure it reach the enterprise standards
• Analyze applications and all end-to-end components, ensuring stability and performance goals are met or exceeded, assessing impacts holistically by ensuring cross-platform compatibility and optimization
• Provide technical support to digital delivery and transformation teams to ensure alignment of strategic goals and deliverables
• Regularly analyze technical problems and provide cost effective solutions, including the feasibility of system upgrades

Job Requirements

University / College graduate in computer science

• Full stack technical capabilities on digital development, including technologies such as React native/Vue.js, node.js, iOS / Android app development, Java, Spring Boot, IBM Websphere / JBoss, Kafka, Single Sign On, etc.
• Experience in API Development and Microservices Architecture Design.
• Experience on Cloud and data technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS, Mongo, Data Lake, Python, etc) 
• Experience in Container technology like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum team using DevOps
