Customer Service / Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Home/Office/Sewing Furniture Industry Experience is required
• Serve as the primary contact point with business partners and responsible for handling daily communications with business partners in a professional and prompt manner
• Build and maintain good relationships with business partners in order to maintain sufficient inventory for the company
• Present latest products to all markets
• Provide technical support / know-how on after-sales services
• Liaison with production the feedback from markets
• Travel to China required

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above with minimum 2 years      working experience in international customer service in trading or manufacturing industries
• Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office / Excel etc
• Ability to work independently
• Immediate availability preferred
