Job Duties
 

1. Responsible for achieving strategic objectives per customer – i.e. Net Revenue, Cop, Gross Margin, Trade Spend.
2. Build long term partnership with the customer.
3. Lead execution of promotional strategy and sales initiatives of the customer to drive sales and profit growth (including trade budget management, range and space optimisation).
4. Monitoring and providing analysis on the channel dynamics as the source of new shoppers insights, competitive strategies and effective portfolio brand management for the customer
5. Continuous improvement in the management of the account by identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability and overall improvement in the management of customer

Requirements
 

1. University graduate of business, management, or relevant discipline.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG sales with key international or local retailers.
3. Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
4. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
5. Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues.
6. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation.
7. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities.
8. Results oriented, entrepreneurial and self-motivating.
