In order to further develop the retail business, Sino United Publishing (Holdings) Limited consolidates local retail business by Joint Publishing, Chung Hwa and The Commercial Press and establishes a brand new SUP Retail (Hong Kong) Limited. SUP Retail operates both physical bookstore chain and online retail platform in Hong Kong. With the passion to promote culture, SUP Retail team is dedicated to making reading a lifestyle for everyone. By sourcing and selecting a good collection of books, stationeries, creative cultural and educational products, as well as providing multicultural activities and experiences, SUP Retail creates aesthetic space and joyful atmosphere to readers.

職位描述：
作為見習店長，您將參與及協助店舖的日常運營和管理。公司提供專業知識和技能的學習機會，並提供發展空間和晉升機會。您將在資深店長指導下，學習並掌握店舖管理的各個方面，包括營銷管理、貨品陳列、客戶服務、團隊管理等。

職位要求：

1.大專或以上程度，具備相關行業或零售管理相關經驗者優先考慮。歡迎對圖書零售行業有熱誠的應屆畢業生。

2.具有良好溝通及組織能力，主動積極性高，為讀者提供優質客戶服務及體驗。

3.學習能力高，具創意思維及團隊精神。

4.能夠在壓力下工作，並具備良好的時間管理能力。

5.於門市書店上班，需輪休工作。
