What is your mission?
You are also required to perform these job functions:
- To manage customer enquiry through email, and voice communication
- Strong IT navigation skills, faster learner in new technologies
- Excellent speaking ability – Native in Cantonese and Fluent in English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to develop deep product and/or service knowledge
- Engagement with our customer care organization
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the superior from time to time
Working hours
- Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00
- Sat, Sun & PH – Day Off
Working Location
- Metroplaza, Kwai Fong
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduates (Diploma and/or Degree holders) are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
- Customer-oriented, Excellent listening and communication skills
- Multi-tasking, agile, flexible
- Open to continuous improvement and learning
- Previous experience in a contact center environment with a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly preferred
