3.處理客戶之查詢；

4.必要時需提供額外支持。

1.Handle daily delinquent account;

2.Provide excellent customer services to customers;

3.Handle inbound enquiries and application process;

4.Provide support on ad-hoc assignment when required.

1.中五或以上程度，具相關工作經驗者優先考慮；

2.具銀行電話銷售經驗者優先考慮；

3.良好溝通及電話應對技巧，積極勤奮；

4.能操流利廣東話，及一般國語、英語。

1. Secondary education with relevant experience in sales and customer services; 

2. Experience in telesales in banking industry is highly preferred; 

3. Good communication and telephone handling skill, aggressive and hardworking; 

4. Fluent in Cantonese, basic in Mandarin and English.
