• We are looking for  Secretary / Personal Assistant   – with details as follows :

  
The Job :

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO major in Company affairs, minor in personal affairs 
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Maintain daily routines, coordinate and set up appointments
• Organize meeting and conference with internal and external parties
• Prepare meeting minutes, reports and the presentation materials
• Manage travel arrangement including flight schedule, visa, hotel and expenses claim
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments and projects if necessary
• Degree holder
• At least 3-5 years secretarial or personal assistance experience 
• Experience in servicing senior executives or management is a plus 
• Experience in manufacturing / trading companies is a plus
• Experience in toys companies is a plus
• Proficient in English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word)
• No trips is required
• 13 months salary + performance bonus 
• Work-life balance
