Job Description

1. E-commerce Management including setup product categories and publish products in e-commerce.
2. Support the daily e-commerce operations such as order fulfilment process. 
3. Modify single product page layout and shop pages with Elementor Pro in the WooCommerce or Shopify operation environment.
4. Provide technical support to overseas teams to handle the sales order, goods return and refund.
5. Troubleshooting for any minor e-commerce issues.
6. Source, test and install plugins to enhance WooCommerce or Shopify functions and features. 
7. Write some PHP or CSS codes to solve minor issues.
    

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 1 year relevant experience in e-commerce company.
2. High Diploma or Degree Holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines.
3. Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
4. Self-motivated with troubleshooting skills.
5. Willing to learn new technologies. 
6. Good communication in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
