Job Description

Our client "Brand ID (HK) Ltd" is seeking a Customer Support Shipping Coordinator to join their team in Hong Kong!

 

About the Role

Brand ID has an opening for a Customer Support Shipping Coordinator position. The position reports to the HK Customer Support Supervisor. This role is an integral part of the Brand ID HK support team by responding professionally to inquiries from external customers and by demonstrating skills which are consistent with our philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service.

This position will create cases related to packed shipments and coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions.
 


What you’ll be doing?

 

  • Assist customers with inquiries through two service channels: calls and emails
  • Monitor a list of packed orders daily
  • Create cases to notify customers of their packed orders
  • Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
  • Manage frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by the customer in a timely manner
  • Apply payments to prepay orders
  • Explain our company policies related to payment
  • Collaborate effectively across Sales and Warehouse teams



Who are they looking for?

 

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Capable of resolving difficult situations and maintaining customer relationships
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Excellent and professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capable of handling large volumes of data entry transactions
  • Maintaining a positive attitude in the most difficult situations
  • You will have an advantage if you are/ have
    • Ticketing/cases system experience
    • Salesforce experience
