Our Financial Education Centre is commissioned by The Labour and Welfare Bureau (LWB) to design and deliver a new financial literacy course under the Elder Academy (EA) Scheme to equip elders with up-to-date financial knowledge.  The course will be launched in September 2024 – August 2025.  We are looking for a training coordinator who will be responsible for the delivery and management of the financial literacy course.  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of all trainers and delivery for the financial literacy course for the community, particularly elders
• Prepare the list of trainers for pre-approval by the Organiser and provide back up to project manager/course design lead in service delivery
• Work closely with EAs and EA Clusters who will chiefly be responsible for recruitment of participants and student/graduate volunteers, scheduling courses and arranging venues
• Liaise with EAs and EA Clusters to deliver and distribute physical and virtual course materials and handle relevant logistics work

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Education/Financial/Training qualification(s)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or financial-related industry
• Good knowledge and experience of coordination and collaboration.
• Well-organized, mature, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working with EA / EA Clusters is an advantage
