Responsibilities:      

• Handle patient's enquiries
• Coordinate patient's appointment
• Provide clerical and administrative support 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work within a team environment
• Good command of spoken English & Mandarin 
• Proficient in MS Office
