Responsibilities

• To handle daily enquiries from brokers, agents and direct clients on the group cases, aim at offering the best in class services to our strategic business partners and group clients.
• To provide sales and administrative support related to group cases.
• Liaise, co-ordinate and work with internal department
• To compile business and management reports
• Participate in projects related to post sales / business support service as assigned

Qualifications, Training and Experience

• Background in group health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.
• At least 5 years experience in general administration, less experience will be considered as Senior Business Support Officer 
• Good interpersonal and problem solving skills 
• Responsible, well organized and attention to details
• Good communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English
• Proactive, mature, positive and decisive
• Good team player with strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
• Computer literacy in the use of MS Office, Excel;
• Have experience to serve international brokers is an asset
