Responsibilities: 

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates
• Leverage your extensive network and deep industry knowledge to proactively identify and engage with passive candidates
• Conduct thorough candidate screening, assessment, and selection processes to ensure the best fit for our clients
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their unique hiring needs and providing tailored talent solutions
• Identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients, understanding their talent challenges, and proposing customized recruitment services
• Develop and nurture relationships with new clients, becoming a trusted advisor and strategic partner in their hiring efforts
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, emerging skills, and talent demands to inform your recruitment and business development strategies
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices, optimize processes, and contribute to the overall growth of the business

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or degree holder with at least 3 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on the IT or Finance/Accounting sectors
• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and placing top talent for a diverse range of roles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Proficient in using recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms to identify and engage with candidates
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
