Our client "Bio-Gene Technology Limited" is seeking a Technical Specialist / Application Specialist to join their team in Hong Kong!

What you’ll be doing?

• Provide technical and clinical applications expertise in the field of life science/ clinical diagnostics products
• Provide post sales technical and application support, including education, training and troubleshooting to keep our after-sales support service up to standard
• Work with Marketing team in new product launching and support Sales team with all technical aspects of the sales process
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Who are they looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical Laboratory Technologists, Biological Sciences, or related disciplines
• 3 years application / technical support experience in clinical products is preferable
• Working experience in clinical lab, medical lab or similar work is an advantage
• High calibre, responsible and sales oriented
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin), in written and spoken
