Responsibilities:

• Develop, plan and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in Hong Kong operation.
• Provide effective team leadership to the sales and operation frontline staffs in medical centres.
• Conduct effective coaching and mentoring sales teams to maximize their productivity.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• With 5+ years of experience in sales management in beauty, fitness, medical & healthcare, or retail industry.
• Capable to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and market conditions, including trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
