Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising the HR Department and ensure delivery of quality HR services and initiatives in recruitment & selection, C&B, training & development, performance management, employee relations and HRIS
• Assist in the development, reviewing and implementation of HR strategies, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation and legal compliance
• Work closely with line managers to provide proactive and consultative HR advice
• Plan, coordinate and deliver appropriate training programmes and workshops by organizational needs
• Provide HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for strategic planning, review and decision-making
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects and management tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or other related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, which 2 years at managerial level
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR-related legislation
• Self-motivated, proactive, reliable, organized, attentive to details, and able to perform well under pressure with a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced level in Excel; familiar with e-learning platform and digital training tools preferable
• Experience in China recruitment an added advantage
• Good communication skills. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
