Job Description

• Based in Head Office and reporting to the Head Office Manager, your duties include:
• Conduct teacher trainings and monitor trainees' progress
• Enhance teaching quality in Head Office and branches
• Teach English and Phonics to students ranging from kindergarten to primay 6 in small class settings
• Assists in the operations of the education centre
• Preparation of lessons
• Monitor individual student progress
• Reporting to parents on students' progress
• Assist in administration work
• Manage a team of teachers
• Design, develop and proofread English curricula

Requirements

• Bachelor degree qualified. (Preferably in Education or English)
• 5 years of English teaching experience in registered schools or educational centres
• A holder of DELTA/CELTA/TESOL/TEFL will be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Hardworking, independent, responsible and committed
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar and Zoom
• Willing to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays

Successful candidates will receive a 2-week full-day training.
