Responsibilities 

1. Initiative Measurement & Verification (M&V)

• Agree with Project Manager a M&V process and plan specific to initiative type prior to project implementation.
• Setup data collection of operational points specific to initiatives.
• Complete M&V reports, summarizing all findings.

2. Initiative Site Selection

• Assist Project Managers with the site selection process for Energy initiatives.

3. Energy Event Analysis

• Responsible for investigation and resolution of Energy Event exceptions identified by the company's energy management system (EMS).
• Continuous interrogation of systems to identify energy consumption trends within stores to determine areas of improvement.
• Analyse information using COMS, site controllers, databases and other systems to present information in various formats (i.e. spreadsheets, charts, written reports.).
• Communicate with the field workforce to gather supporting information
• Resetting baselines
• M&V of savings achieved from energy event analysis
• Upkeep records of Energy Event analysis in required format for auditing.

4. Energy Centre Development

• Active participation in tasks allocated related to future development of the department.

5. Adhoc Energy Reporting

• Provide energy reports based on customer and the company's changing needs.

6. Adhoc Task

• Handle other ad-hoc task when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistical Science/ Mathematics/Engineering or any related fields.
• 2 years or above of related working experience.
• Experience in ESG, Sustainability consultancy is essential.  
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese). 
• Knowledge in regression modelling, M&V.
• Advanced Analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills is required.
• Experienced in Macros/VBA is required.
• Experienced in Power BI is preferred.
• Energetic & highly motivated.
