Key Responsibilities:
 

• Support the Manager in implementing development and expansion strategies as well as handling chain stores’ general leasing matters but not limited to lease negotiation, new leases, renewals, lease expiration, tenancy agreement and related administrations independently.
• Conduct market research, site analysis, feasibility studies and financial assessment for new lease and renewals evaluation.
• Prepare leasing proposals and reports.
• Coordinate takeover and handover of premises, fitting-out and renovation management with internal departments and external parties to meet project timelines.
• Liaise closely with agents, property developers and landlords in acquiring suitable new sites for store expansion and monitor the progress of follow up actions.
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential landlords, agents and related stakeholders.

Requirements:
 

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration / Marketing / Communications or related disciplines
• At least 4-5 years or above relevant leasing experience preferably gained from sizable and mass retailers or developers(Experience in handling portfolio with big store network will be a great advantage)
• Have good networking with major property developers, landlords and agents
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, analytical and time management skills with great market sense and open mind.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good team player,proactive, down-to-earth, detail-minded, and sensitive to data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
