Job Description
Our client, a global general insurance company, 5 days: -
Requirements:-
- Diploma or Degree holder
- Holder of IIQE (Paper I & II) qualifications with general insurance experience are essential
- 5+ years of experience in call centre environment with focus on quality assurance, training, customer service and sales experience
- Self-motivated, customer–oriented and good team player
- Excellent telephone manner, customer service, communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, good command of Mandarin
- MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Responsibilities:-
- Develop effective call monitoring formats and performance scoring guideline to ensure high quality service standard within Customer Centre.
- Compile and track performance at team and individual level by using quality monitoring data management
- Identify staff training needs and prepare training materials to boost up sales result and service quality
- Perform instant coaching for individual and provide feedback to sales & service team for continuous improvement
- Manage and maintain the script library and perform product training to the team
- Ensure sales & service quality and working procedure are up to compliance standard and business partners' requirements
