Our client is a global leader in supply chain traceability, data management, and RFID solutions. It specializes in customized trims, packaging, and compliance advice for textile and footwear brands.

They're currently in the process of undergoing a transformation and is actively seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their expanding team. As part of their growth strategy, they recognize the need to map their business processes in order to adequately prepare for future growth.

Job Responsibilities: 

You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a large-scale Web ordering portal, BI projects, to integrate with D365. Work with our international organization to align business processes, and later on continuous improvements.

• Act as a Team Lead either for Web ordering portal projects or BI projects – you will work with a BA / SA to deliver the project(s) along with vendor(s), manage the related existing systems support.
• Collaborate with BPM team to find quantifiable areas for optimization.
• Join Business Process Alignment workshops with different business stakeholders and IT.
• Help business boost performance, by new work methods, new technology or change of process.
• Participate in Microsoft D365 F&O implementation, support and continuous process improvement (by request).
• Project Preparation: You’ll assist in preparing the companies for the upcoming upgrade. This involves in-depth work with business processes and optimization to ensure the right solution for both the short and long term.
• Other Exciting Tasks: There are many other challenging tasks awaiting your involvement.

Qualification & Experience: 

• Holding a degree in any relevant area like Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics Management, Retail, Manufacturing/Production, etc.
• Should be fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Should possess very good communication and presentation skills.
• Have to be initiative and be able to work independently.
• Must learn fast and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious and open minded
