Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate submission of financial reports and management account packages
• Prepare statutory report
• Ensure the finance operation function to business units and compliance with all applicable accounting standards and other GAAP
• Prepare daily accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness related to the General Ledger
• Prepare balance sheet items reconciliation 
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Participate in interim / yearly audit assurance and quarterly review in compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards
• Prepare monthly cashflow forecasts
• Participate in monthly stock take and fixed assets counting
• Assist in system implementation and UAT test
• Act as a supporting role to overseas finance teams for accounting matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience 
• F&B / Retail industry experience is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
