Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the financial performance of the business by analyzing reports generated by the various systems used by the group
• Leading the financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across the business to help strategic decisions making
• Support project planning and decision development with ad hoc analysis
• Coordinate financial forecasts and budgets process
• Communicate with management to provide insights and advise on the business performance
• Responsibility for producing accurate and timely management reports, including analysis of sales, operational expenditure
• Implement controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Perform ad hoc duties and assignments when required 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferable in Accountancy / Finance / Management Control
• 4 years or above related work experience in Smart Warehouse/ Supply Chain/ Retail/ FMCG/ Capital/ Logistic industry
• Master Data analysis tools including Excel (pivot table, lookup, charts), Business Intelligence
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong problem-solving skills, and a sense of service
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, SAP experience is a plus
