• Tailoring Investment Strategies for Clients, Identifying Objectives and Constraints
• Performing Investment Research and Staying Informed of Developments in the Growing Insurance Industry
• Gains Exposure to Every Facet of Investment Management, Liquidity Management and Ongoing Relationship Management
• Attends Diversified Seminars. Recommends Suggestions and Alternative Wealth Solutions by Coordinating a Team of Specialists as Applicable
• Learning Team Management and the Art of Communication through Utilizing the Full Capabilities of the Organization
• Builds Knowledge and Understanding of the Firm’s Compliance Procedures

Required Capabilities

• Decision Making and Critical Thinking – Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process; ability to analyze situations roundly, and reach productive outcomes
• Effective Communications – Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret needs
• Investments – Knowledge of the investments business and skills to analyze asset types, market and industry trends, and regulatory considerations
