Responsibilities:

• monitor work progress including cost and quality control, problem solving, delivery etc. 
• coordinate with sub-contractors on installation works and monitor the workmanship
• attend site meeting and communication with main contractors
• report site progress to manager

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in EE/ME/BS or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year project coordination experience in E&M/fitting-out/A&A work projects
• Experience in handling large-scale construction site projects/fitting-out projects is definitely an advantage
• Well-organised, independent, good team player and able to work under pressure
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD
