Responsibilities:

• (Training will be provided for candidates from non-Finance/Accounting background)
• Provide support to the Treasury team in Finance Department
• Manage petty cash and handle staff reimbursement
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Consolidate weekly cash reports and bank account details for the group
• Perform ad hoc tasks for administrative support

Qualifications:

• Diploma or higher in Accounting (or other related disciplines)
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates will be considered)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin)
• Experience with electronic banking systems is preferred
