• Mon - Fri | 13th Salary | Medical Insurance | 25K
• Manage customer service and air-freight operation

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers' enquiries / requests through phone calls and email conversations 
• Prepare business proposal / quotation as per customers' requirement
• Provide administrative support, including handling air/sea export shipping documents.
• Coordinate with client side and our internal operation team

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in any disciplines 
• 3+ years of experiences in sea or air freight forwarder or related industries
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Familiar with PC knowledge (Word, Excel & Outlook).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
