Major Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies aligned with company goals and marketing communications strategy.
• Curate and manage compelling video content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, aligned with the brand’s tone and objectives. 
• Utilise videos and other media formats to increase brand visibility and enhance reputation and brand recognition.
• Expertise in video content production for marketing, including planning, production, distribution, channel maintenance and analysis.
• Expertise in copywriting, editing and translation services. 
• Develop and implement social media content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, etc. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather content ideas, best practices, and updates to create engaging campaigns and initiatives so as to drive target reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Work with cross-team to facilitate content topic selection and resource sharing and provide relevant training.
• Continuously explore new online and offline resources and channels, industry trends and best practices, and incorporation of new techniques and technologies into the workflow.
• Optimise and standardise workflows for multimedia content production and marketing.
• Can accommodate frequent traveling outside Hong Kong as needed. 

Competency Requirements:

• Proficiency in video content creation and experience in content creation for social media platforms
• Demonstrated creativity and effective execution of tasks, bringing innovative approaches to content creation 
• Strong understanding of the impact of content in attracting and retaining audiences
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong learning ability and motivation to stay updated with industry trends
• Strong communication skills, attentive to details, efficient and proactive in delivering the best quality of work
• Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule

Academic, Job Experience Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Journalism, Humanities, Social Sciences or other related discipline.
• Min 7 years or above of content creation or relevant experience. 
• Strong creative and conceptual skills, with a track record of developing innovative content strategies.
• Excellent written (in Chinese and English) and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
• Familiar with the latest marketing and communication platforms including digital and social media.
• Good knowledge of computer software applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
