Job Description

• Lead and manage the Service Delivery – HR&A team to effectively support all Service Delivery colleagues
• Support, advise and guide the Service Delivery management team in all aspects of HR&A including selection, performance, career development 
• Work along with Service Delivery management team and liaise with other internal departments to ensure Service Delivery is compliant with related internal and external laws, regulations, applicable standards and company requirements 
• Regularly review policies, procedures and regulations to ensure best practice and make recommendations for change
• Provide support and advice to Cabin Crew Recruitment Team regarding the cabin crew manpower in order to meet the needs of operation and headcount is managed cost effectively
• Provide advice and report to Service Delivery management team to assist them in keeping their teams engaged, motivated and well informed through effective channels
• Calculate necessary crew duty data for payroll arrangement, prepare annual budget, etc

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years of human resources work experience gained in sizable organization, in which 3 years at supervisory level
• Demonstrable leadership, relationship management and change management experience
• A passion for coaching, motivating and developing others
• Excellent communication skills with a flexible and professional approach
• Ability to prioritize workload and plan effectively 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Human Resources & Administration
