Responsibilities:

• Perform checker role for client investment account opening
• Perform checker role for daily settlement process of investment products such as derivatives products, bonds, funds, securities and other investment products
• Verified bond, fund, equities settlement/corporate action/event instructions to custodian bank
• Ensure the procedures are compliant with relevant regulations and all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently and follow up the HKMA circulars
• Report and trace irregular payment case
• Bank reconciliation check
• Participate in system enhancements and project testing
• Handle in ad-hoc projects

 Requirements:
 

• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in private banking operations
• Relevant experience with banking systems such as MUREX, SWIFT Alliance, Avaloq
• Proficient in MS Office application (EXCEL VBA)
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Pleasant, meticulous, customer-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Cantonese and Mandarin and English fluency (listening/speaking/ reading/ writing)
• Immediately available is definitely an advantage
• Internal Audit Control License is preferred
