Working with a team of specialists to deliver best ITM service experience to customer, with ability to handle issues including but not limited to daily route operational issue such as Aircraft On Ground (AOG), customer enquiry, disputes and complaints and cross-departmental improvement projects. Aim is to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention for ITM business.

What You'll Do
 

• Collect, prepare, and compile data for documentation and reports
• Perform data entry and record update in timely manner
• Provide sourcing support to fulfill customer spare demands and prepare sourcing summaries
• Monitor spare status and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the agreed lead time is met and provide timely update to customer request
• Follow up with the logistics service provider on shipment arrangements; prepare related documentation as necessary
• Provide support to projects/tasks as assigned

What You Need
 

1. Technical and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 2 year relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Strong computer proficiency, especially MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Having advantage if equipped with skills in data analytics and process automation
• Knowledge or experience in aviation industry would be an advantage
• Detailed oriented, good logical and analytical skills, good coordination skills

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Bachelor degree in any discipline. (A Higher diploma with equivalent related work experience may be considered)
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin or other Asian languages is an added-value
