Job responsibility
1. Responsible for daily technical support for the company's major large customers (equipment), and handle daily faults and technical doubts;
2. Debug, configure and provide technical support for network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, acs, aps of mainstream manufacturers);
3. Able to timely answer customer questions or solve customer network problems;
4. According to customer requirements, make network planning for ground stations and write project implementation plans, change plans, test plans, etc.;
5. Participate in the optimization of the backbone network, the design and implementation of new project schemes, and so on.

Job requirements:
1. Communication, network, computer related major, college degree or above, age requirement is 30-35 years old;
2. Solid basic knowledge of data communication network;
3. Huawei HCIE, Cisco CCIE, Juniper JNCIX certification is preferred;
4. With carrier network equipment, familiar with MPLS VPN, ISISBOP, IPSeCVPN, RSVP TE, SR and other protocols is preferred;
5. Mainstream manufacturers core agent work experience is preferred.
