Job Description:
- To provide customer services at front desk as our Sun Life ambassador meets and greets visitors.
- Perform reception duties, i.e. assist visitors to use ticketing machine, handle room booking.
- Support Mainland Chinese visitors
- Full spectrum of administration duties.
- Miscellaneous support as assigned by supervisor and team leader.
Requirements:
- DSE graduate or above
- Good writing skill in Chinese & English
- 2-3 years as receptionist or with Customer Service background would be advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill to work closely with client and insurance consultants.
