Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced (Assistant) IT Manager to join our IT team, located in Tai Po office.

You will take in charge of the Tai Po IT functional team, especially for the ERP applications and the business process re-engineering. 

From day to day, you’ll... 

• Act as IT site manager on the GMP factory.
• Oversee all IT applications on the manufacturing side, including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Be responsible for the system maintenance, enhancement, and migration.
• Be responsible for setting up SOP, user guidelines and hosting user-trainings from time to time.
• Review the existing workflow with the stakeholders and give suggestions and recommendations on process re-engineering.
• Lead a small team to deliver day-to-day support and troubleshooting operation.

Requirements:

You might be a good fit, if you’re... 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology related disciplines. 
• At least 10 years of working experience with solid Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system.
• Mixture of in-house and solution integration experience would be a plus.
• Good knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stake holders. 
• Experience in Health Care / F&B / Health Supplement would be advantageous.
• Experience in WMS will be a plus. 
• Experience in cloud migration project will be a plus. 
• Good command in English and Chinese.
